The Steps Of This Project

As with all roof replacements, we first prepare our surface.

Next, we tore off the old shingles. From there we inspected the wood decking to ensure it was in perfect condition to move forward.

Once we have a clean slate to work from, we begin by installing our premium synthetic underlayment. This added an additional layer of protection over and above traditional roofing felt that most other contractors implement.

Next, we replaced the old vents with new high performance roofing vents.
