The Building Industry Association of Central KY is a trade association with over a thousand members. It formed in 1952, and serves the housing and residential construction industry in Lexington and surrounding counties.
Affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Kentucky and the National Association of Home Builders, the BIA acts as representation and in promotion of the home building industry in order to positively benefit and serve its members and community.
